The protective clothing is a fancy hunting style consisting of tops and bottoms. Protective clothing is divided into conventional protective clothing and cold protective clothing. Conventional protective clothing should consist of a flame-retardant and moisture-resistant cover and a detachable impervious inner layer. Cold-proof protective clothing shall be composed of a flame-retardant and moisture-resistant outer cover, a detachable anti-seepage inner layer, a warm-keeping layer, and an inner liner.

Conventional protective clothing (whole package) is not more than 1.6kG, cold-proof protective clothing (whole package) is not more than 3.8kg. The weight of protective clothing is tested according to the method specified in Article 5.9 of this standard.

The color of the outer cover of the protective clothing used by public security fire fighters shall be yellow-green, and the top of the protective clothing used by the firefighters of the company shall be yellow-green, and the bottom shall be dark blue. Protective clothing is fitted with a fluorescent red logo strap. The color difference should not be lower than the level IV requirement in GB250.

The main material properties

Protective clothing covers and marking tapes shall be made of fabrics with clothing functions and shall have flame retardant and moisture resistance.

The flame retardancy of the cover is tested according to the current method in Article 5.1 of this standard. The length of the damage shall not exceed 12 cm, the duration of the ignition shall not be greater than 2 s, and the smoldering time shall not be greater than 10 s. There shall be no drip phenomenon. The moisture resistance of the enclosure shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in Clause 5.2 of this standard, and the water level shall not be lower than the level 3 in GB4745. The washing performance of the cover is tested according to the method specified in Clause 5.3 of this standard. The flame retardancy of the cover shall be no more than 15cm in damage length, no more than 5s after-burn time, and shall not be greater than 20s in smoldering time. Phenomenon, its anti-wet ability is that the watering level must not be lower than the level 2 requirement in GB4745. The tear strength of the outer cover shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.4 of this standard, and the warp and weft tear strength shall not be less than 32N. The dry state breaking strength of the cover is tested according to the method specified in Article 5.5 of this standard. The breaking strength in the warp and weft directions shall not be less than 450N. The abrasion resistance of the cover is tested according to the method specified in Article 5.6 of this standard. After 100 times of abrasion, the breaking strength in the warp and weft state should not be less than 200N. 4.4.7 The radiant heat penetration resistance of the enclosure shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in Clause 5.7 of this standard. When a radiation cycle is completed, the temperature rise of the inner surface of the enclosure shall not exceed 15°C. The inner layer of the protective clothing anti-seepage water is made of a fabric with a suiting function. The anti-seepage performance of the protective suit is tested according to the method specified in Article 5.8 of this standard, and the hydrostatic pressure resistance shall not be less than 4000 Pa. The warm-keeping layer of the cold-proof protective clothing is made of polyester flock or acrylic artificial fur. The seam breaking strength of the cover shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in Article 5.5 of this standard and shall not be less than 360N.

The flame-retardant performance of the enclosure was tested according to GB5455. The moisture resistance of the enclosure is tested according to GB4745. The wash durability test of the enclosure was carried out according to Appendix A (supplement). Tear tear strength performance test according to GB3918. The breaking strength test of the outer cover is carried out according to GB3923. The abrasion resistance of the enclosure was tested according to Appendix B (supplement). The radiant heat penetration resistance test of the enclosure was carried out according to Appendix C (Supplement). The anti-seepage performance test of the inner layer of impervious water is carried out according to GB4744. The weight of the protective clothing is measured by a weight scale, and the allowable weight of the weight scale must not exceed ±0.01 kg. The color difference was measured according to GB250, the visual angle was 45°, and the visual distance was 60 cm.
