Cause
On May 29th, Huayuanxuan ’s Shenzhen workers received a factory notification with the following intentions: In 2013, Huayuanxuan ’s listing was unsuccessful, the venture capital shareholders sued, and bank loan issues led to a shortage of cash flow and raw materials could not be supplied normally; and the Shenzhen plant All export orders are made, and due to the failure of normal supply, the customer's orders are seriously returned. To make matters worse, there have been no new orders for many months. Huayuanxuan decided to start on May 28, most workers leave for two months, leaving only a small number of workers to do the finishing work. Holiday workers pay the minimum basic salary.
Two months later, the workers returned to the factory and found that there was nothing to do; on July 26, Huayuanxuan sent a text message to the workers in Shenzhen, informing the company to decide to take another three months off, and then decide whether to resume work after three months.
Since two months ago, Huayuanxuan promised that if the work cannot be resumed after two months, "the compensation for the compensation, the working age of the working age"; but two months later, the factory failed to honor the promise and the worker decided Collective protest. On the same day, the person in charge of the Huayuanxuan factory appeared and negotiated with the Longgang Subdistrict Office about the handling of the incident. According to workers at Huayuanxuan's Shenzhen factory, Huayuanxuan has transferred all the products from the Shenzhen factory, and the factory has nothing to do.
A few days ago, people familiar with the matter were informed that Huayuanxuan had decided to cancel the Shenzhen factory; Huayuanxuan's three major business divisions in Shenzhen, namely wood, solid wood and engineering, were converted into independent sales companies. It can be said that "Shenzhen Huayuanxuan" has survived.
