1, aging and state adjustment
The thermal conductivity and thermal resistance test shall be carried out under ambient conditions for 90 days from the date of production. Other physical and mechanical properties tests shall be carried out after the sample has been placed under ambient conditions for 45 days from the date of production. The state shall be adjusted before the test. Except for special provisions in the test method, the test environment and the state of the sample shall be adjusted according to the 23/50 secondary environmental conditions in GB/T 2918-1998.
2. Description of the surface characteristics of the test piece
When the test piece is not tested with the skin, the condition shall be recorded in the test report.
3. Preparation of test pieces
Except for the inspection of size and appearance, the test pieces shall be cut at a distance of 20 mm from the edge of the sample for the preparation of all other test pieces. The test piece can be cut by a heating wire.

8, moisture permeability coefficient
The moisture permeability test shall be carried out according to QB/T2411. The temperature of the test chamber (or constant temperature and humidity chamber) shall be (23 ± 1) C and the relative humidity shall be 50% ± 5%. The moisture permeability coefficient is the average of the test results of the five test pieces.
9, thermal insulation performance
The thermal conductivity test is carried out according to GB/T10294, and can also be carried out according to GB/T10295. 1, factory inspection
1.1 The product must be factory tested when it leaves the factory.
1.2 Inspection items for factory inspection are: size, appearance, compressive strength, and thermal insulation performance.
1.3 Group batch: 300m3 of the same category and the same specification of the factory are batched, and less than 300m3 is counted in batches.
1.4 Sampling: Size and appearance Randomly take 6 samples for inspection. The compressive strength is taken from 3 samples for inspection. The adiabatic performance is taken by two samples for inspection.
1.5 Dimensions, appearance, compressive strength and thermal insulation properties shall be inspected in accordance with the test methods specified in Chapter 6. The test results shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5. If two indicators fail, the batch is rejected. If only one indicator (single value) is unqualified, the sample should be doubled. If one of the retest results (single block value) is unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
1.6 Group approval, sampling and determination rules for factory inspections may also be carried out in accordance with corporate standards.
2, type inspection
2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following cases.
a) new product type identification;
b) After the formal production, the raw materials and processes have undergone major changes, which may affect the performance of the products;
c) at least once a year during normal production;
d) When the factory inspection result is significantly different from the previous type inspection;
e) When the product is discontinued for more than 6 months, the product will be resumed.
2.2 The inspection items for type inspection are the requirements specified in Chapter 5: size, appearance, compressive strength, water absorption, moisture permeability coefficient, thermal insulation performance, combustion performance, dimensional stability.
2.3 Type inspection The samples shall be randomly selected from the qualified products in the factory warehouse. One sample for each performance test shall be taken and tested according to the test method specified in Chapter 6. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5.
