(3) The heating time of the tool and die in the furnace must not exceed 10 hours. The time is too long. The die hole work belt is easily corroded or deformed;
(4) At the beginning of extrusion of aluminum alloy profiles, it is necessary to apply pressure slowly because the impact force is likely to cause plugging. If blockage occurs, it must be stopped immediately in order to prevent the work hole from being pressed down.
(5) After unloading the mold, wait until it cools to 150-180°C and then put in the alkali tank. Because the mold is boiled at high temperature, it is easily cracked by heat waves. And it should adopt advanced etching methods to recycle and save alkali, shorten corrosion time and achieve pollution-free cleaning;
(6) When the repairman is assembling the split-flow mold, the copper rods should be used to lightly bend and hit, and it is not allowed to use large hammers to slam, so as to avoid excessive force and damage the mold;
(7) Before the mold is nitrided, the mold hole working belt needs to be carefully polished to a surface roughness of Ra0.8-0.4 μm;
(8) The mold must be cleaned before nitriding, and no oil can be brought into the furnace; the nitriding process should be reasonable (depending on the equipment characteristics and the mold material), the surface hardness after nitriding is HV900-1200, and the nitride layer is over. Thick and hard can cause the nitrided layer to peel off. A set of molds is generally allowed to nitride 3 to 5 times; the complex high-denier radiator profile mold is not subjected to nitriding process;
(9) The new molds, rod molds, and round tube molds for old products can be directly nitrided without trial molding; new products and complex profile molds must be nitrided after passing the test mold qualification;
(10) After passing the new mold test mode, extruding more 10 ingots should be unloaded for nitriding treatment to avoid pulling the working belt out of the groove; between the two nitriding can not be over-produced, the general flat mold is For 60 to 100 spindles, it is advisable to divide the die into 40 to 80 spindles. Too much will pull through the nitrided layer.
(11) After the used mold has been polished, it is stored in an oil tanker.
