Common faults and troubleshooting methods of the calibration device of the switch characteristic tester

The switch characteristic tester calibration device is widely used in related applications for verifying and testing the time reference of the high-voltage circuit breaker dynamic characteristic tester, and verifying the time measurement function of the high-voltage switch tester. How to eliminate common faults in the calibration device of the switch characteristic tester during use?

1. Failure phenomenon

After the device is connected successfully, start the closing or opening test, the calibrated device shows a successful test, and the calibrated device does not respond (no successful operation).

Second, the solution

1. Disconnect all connections between the calibration equipment and the equipment being calibrated;

2. The equipment calibrates the equipment so that it is in the "closing test ...". At this time, the resistance between the fractures A, B, C of the calibration equipment and the fracture ground is detected with the ohm file of the multimeter. If the display is above megohm, it indicates that the closing simulator is closed normally, otherwise it indicates that there is a problem with the disconnect simulator.

3. Set the calibration equipment so that it is in the "opening test ...". At this time, use the ohm file of the multimeter to detect the resistance between the fractures A, B, C of the calibration equipment and the fracture ground. If the display is 1 ohm, it indicates that the closing simulator is closed normally, otherwise it indicates that there is a problem with the disconnect simulator.

4. If the calibration equipment is in production after the above tests, the preliminary judgment is not a problem with the calibration equipment. The working characteristics of the calibrated equipment need to be carefully studied.
