The patented technology introduced by Haijing Chemical is from the world's fourth largest chemical manufacturer, INEOS. The company's vinyl process technology is at the world's leading level, with 45 years of technology licensing experience, licensed users in the United States, Russia, China, India, Brazil and other dozens of countries.

Internationally, VCM (vinyl chloride) devices licensed by INEOS account for 60% of the global transfer of VCM plant capacity, S-PVC (polyvinyl chloride) devices account for 50% of the global transfer device capacity, the device can adapt to different global climatic conditions Under the production requirements, all devices are in operation. This cooperation is also an important attempt for INEOS to enter the new Asian market and implement the strategic layout shift.

The Gulf Group Petrochemical Industrial Base is one of the “One South and One North” industrial bases built by the Gulf Group. It is located in the Dongjiakou Port Area and covers an area of ​​1.5 square kilometers. The first to start is the Haijing Chemical Relocation Project, with a total investment of 5.4 billion yuan. The first phase of the project focuses on the development of petrochemical deep processing products such as oxychlorinated polyvinyl chloride and chloralkali. It is estimated that after the completion of the overall relocation in 2013, the annual sales income will be 3.6 billion yuan and the profit and tax will be 680 million yuan.
