The two parts of our company have a thickness of 16mm and a material of Q235. As shown in Figure 1, there are two sets of four oblong holes on the top. The long round holes have the same size, but the hole center distance A is 140mm±1mm. One size is 220mm ± 1mm. The part process requires one punch into two holes at a time. For this reason, we designed a set of punching holes with a center-adjustable punching die for punching, and applied the bevel edge punching to solve the problem of insufficient press pressure, which is excellent.
