Beyond's latest surface treatment technology improves edge toughness and process reliability, and reduces surface friction and workpiece adhesion by micropolishing the surface. At the same time, the surface of the tool is coated with a layer of alumina particles, which can increase the yield and processing reliability at extremely high cutting temperatures.
The Beyond product line consists of the following series: 5 new grades and 22 geometries for steel turning; 3 new grades and 10 geometries for cast iron turning; 3 new grades and 8 geometries for Stainless steel turning.
