V. Materials
1. Party B shall provide Party A with a list of required materials for purchase within 3 days in advance. Party A shall promptly purchase materials for use by the construction team within 4 days. Both parties shall bear their own responsibility for delaying the construction period and economic losses.
2. Without the consent of Party A, Party B may not purchase materials by itself. If it has been purchased, Party A has the right to refuse to use it and may refuse to pay for the material.
3. Party B shall purchase materials at the building materials supply point designated by Party A and issue official invoices.
4. Party B shall accept and accept the quality of the building materials purchased by Party A. It is found that quality problems should be promptly raised to Party A and have the right to refuse to use it. If Party A insists on using it, it shall request Party B in writing and bear the loss caused by the quality of the material.
5. Party B shall help Party A to receive goods and check the accuracy of the quantity and accessories.
6. Party B should do a good job of custody of materials, and it is forbidden for people to enter the site.
7. Party B shall ensure that there is no double-bundle and half-bundle in this community.
8. Party B shall do a good job in the protection of finished products for construction.
9. Without Party A's permission, Party B shall not carry any building materials to go out. If any theft is found, double the price of the materials and deduct the expenses from the labor cost. 6. 6. Within the contract price, Party B shall provide personnel to follow Party A's selection of materials.
7. Party B shall not arbitrarily change the construction personnel without the consent of Party A. The construction site must maintain more than 2 construction personnel.
8. Without any consent of Party A, Party B shall not suspend or complete the work under any circumstances.
1. Party B brings the necessary tools for construction and guarantees the safety and good use of the tools. Party B shall bear the tool maintenance costs on its own
2. The consumables (such as drills, saw blades, etc.) generated by the tool are borne by half of Party A and Party B respectively, Party A purchases, and the settlement is completed after the completion of the project.
