Shenzhen Waterproof Professional Committee Working Meeting 2012

On February 18th, 2012, the first working conference of the Shenzhen Waterproofing Professional Committee was held in the conference room on the 4th floor of the Shenzhen Construction Engineering Quality Inspection Center. There were 36 standing committee members and expert committee members.

The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Director Professor Pei Peihua. Prof. Peihua Hua has deployed and explained the following ten aspects:
1. Interpretation of the “12th five-year” development plan for the building waterproofing industry;
2. Re-editing SJG19 "Shenzhen Construction Waterproof Engineering Technical Specifications" and compiling supporting atlases;
3. Work on compiling waterproof engineering cost quota and waterproof material price information;
4. To cooperate with Quality Supervision General Station to carry out special inspection of waterproof quality;
5. Research topics related to the inspection and acceptance standards for the waterproof quality of the metro superstructure;
6, related to the waterproof industry to promote strong support, industry self-discipline work;
7, related to new technology promotion, waterproof engineering research work;
8. Recruitment of Master of Engineering (on-job graduate students) in 2012;
9. Matters concerning the collection of 2012 membership fees;
10. Work on business exchanges with fraternal provinces and cities.

District Guoxiong’s secretary general, Qin Shaoyuan’s deputy director, Professor Zhang Daozhen, and Yiju’s deputy director respectively gave key speeches on the above work. All the delegates reached a consensus and expressed their strong support for and advancement of the work of the waterproof professional committee. He hoped that Shenzhen's waterproof industry will develop in a healthy and orderly manner and reach a new level in 2012.
