According to the "Notice on Relevant Matters Concerning the Clarification of Tariff Rates for Agricultural Fertilizer Railway Railways" (Railway Letter [2004] No. 364) Article 2 of the "Feeding Rates for Various Kinds of Line Fertilizers", the tariff rate for fertilizers is "0.0826" per ton-km. Yuan was adjusted to "0.0976 yuan." The price of other fertilizers for the joint-use railroad fertilisers of the National Railways Business Line and the State-owned Railway Corporation is now at 0.0826 yuan per ton-km, adjusted to be 0.0976 yuan.

For ammonium phosphate, the 1,000-kilometer freight will increase by 15 yuan/ton, and according to the 3,000-kilometer distance from Yunnan to the northeast, the ammonium phosphate freight will increase by 45 yuan/ton. Due to the huge volume of coal and ore shipped from chemical fertilizers, the current freight adjustment will not only increase the transportation costs of the company's products, but also increase the transportation costs of raw materials such as coal and phosphate ores. Therefore, the tariff adjustment will be applied to the fertilizer manufacturers. There is a lot of pressure.

Since then, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice and decided to increase the price of gasoline and diesel by 300 yuan and 290 yuan per ton respectively from the midnight on February 25th to the 90th and the 0th diesel (national average) per litre retail price. Increase 0.22 yuan and 0.25 yuan respectively.

As the short-haul transportation of urea and compound fertilizer is mainly based on Qiyun, the increase in the price of refined oil products will have an impact on the price of Qiyun Chemical Fertilizer. Plus, due to the spring period of fertilizer use, the demand for chemical fertilizers will increase, and this time the price will increase.
