The new product not only solves the chattering problem, but also achieves the shape and strength that can withstand high flow rates, so that the originally required reducer-based expansion tube and check valve primary side straight tube do not need It is. Because the new product can withstand high flow rates, it can be mounted directly on the pump. In this way, a check valve having a diameter smaller than the original size of 2 to 3 can be used. In addition, because the valve plate is also miniaturized and lightened and the moment of inertia is reduced, the pump is quickly "fully closed" when it is stopped to prevent water hammer.
The spring element is used differently depending on the installation method of the Up Flow, Down Flow, and horizontal piping, and the flow rate. By selecting the most suitable spring, the valve can be accurately placed in the fully open position. The valve diameters are 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm, and the maximum working pressure is 2.0MPa. The flow rate range is from 0.5 to 12 m/s, and the use temperature range is from 0 to 100 °C.
