It is impossible to build a reservoir in Taiwan

According to Taiwan’s “Central News Agency” report, Taiwan’s regional leader Ma Ying-jeou yesterday (22) spoke of Taiwan’s lack of water. He said that it is impossible for Taiwan to build a reservoir, and the so-called “South Water Transport” and “North Water Transport” are totally impractical. The solution is to make good use of and allocate water resources.

Ma Ying-jeou said that efforts are being made in all aspects, and wastewater recycling in particular is listed as a key point. What we must strive for now is to find the most suitable energy combination. This is the goal of the authorities. Therefore, we must promote renewable energy and save energy.
