Epoxy floor paint is a protective film for the ground. It has high adhesion and loadability, and it has the advantages of strong and wear-resistant, smooth and reliable, cost-effective and easy to clean. The thickness of the epoxy floor paint can be 0.5~5mm, which is a very thin layer compared with 5~25cm on several sides of cement concrete. Therefore, its pressure and flatness mainly depend on the concrete base.
In general, the epoxy floor paint requires a base flatness of 2 m, and is measured with a 2 m ruler, and the drop cannot exceed 2 mm.

Drop less than 5mm
1. Polishing. Use a sander to polish the highest point parallel to the low point.
2, scraping sand. Thick floors such as epoxy mortar are suitable for this method. In the middle coating construction, in the process of scraping sand, the floor paint is mixed with the quartz sand to fill the base surface of the concrete base surface to achieve the leveling effect.
The drop is greater than 5mm
If the base surface drop is greater than 5mm, it is necessary to use a sander to carry out the photo. In the concrete base surface with a drop of 5mm or more, re-construct the 3-5cm cement mortar layer, and re-concentrate the original pulp to achieve the best leveling.
