China's self-developed marine static penetration system successfully applied for engineering exploration for the first time

On September 13th, with the PeneVector seabed static penetration system being lifted from the riverbed to the ship deck, the Huainan-Nanjing-Shanghai exchange UHV transmission and transformation Yangtze River Crossing Tower Project (hereinafter referred to as the Yangtze River Crossing Tower Project) was successfully completed. Complete the engineering survey mission. This is also the first use of the PeneVector seabed static penetration system developed by China's self-developed marine (water) static probe.

Static penetration test is an important in-situ test method for quickly and continuously reflecting the characteristics of soil changes by using a conical probe with several sensors installed in the soil to accurately penetrate the quasi-static force. . In the past 100 years, Jingli Pioneer has been widely used in geotechnical, resource, environmental, scientific research and other fields with its advantages of real, reliable, high efficiency and pollution-free. It has formed a series of domestic and international standards.

According to Wang Chunguang, the person in charge of the engineering survey project and deputy general manager of Wuhan Hansuo Geological Exploration Technology Co., Ltd., the system carried out three holes in the vicinity of the water depth of the south tower of the Changshu section of the Yangtze River. The depth of the probe was 24.02m, 23.37m and 24.04m, and received high recognition and praise from the project owner.

It is understood that the marine (water) static penetration system is responsible for technology research and development and application. The project lasted for 5 years and was supported by the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Project “Shallow Sea Submarine Multi-function In-situ Test Integration System” in 2013. The PeneVector-II seabed static penetration system has a water depth of 200m and a penetration force of 50kN. It has completed dozens of holes in the East Lake and the South China Sea. It has obtained 7 patents related to in-situ testing, software copyright. 1 item, 2 trademark registrations. Wang Chunguang believes that the “Changjiang Crossing Tower Project” is an important milestone in the PeneVector seabed static penetration system from the experimental stage to the market.
