1 Introduction
Melt flow rate meter is a kind of test instrument, which is mainly used to determine the melt mass flow rate (MFR) of thermoplastic polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, polycarbonate, etc. at high temperature. And body (MVR) product flow rate. The melt volume flow rate is measured, and the manual sampling is used. The time interval of the cutting is indicated by the alarm of the control system, and the balance is measured. The flow rate of the melt volume is measured by the displacement sensor and the automatic timing system. The time required, then calculate the volume flow rate according to the formula. The results of the two methods need to be printed by a micro printer. The equipment is widely used in plastics production, plastic products, petrochemical industries, as well as universities, research institutes, and commodity inspection departments. 2, process introduction
The melt flow rate meter is a plastic extrusion instrument. It is at a specified temperature, and the high temperature heating furnace is the object to be measured to reach a molten state.
