1, product structure introduction
The 200-liter cone is produced using the latest European standards. The 0.8mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet is used as the raw material. The barrel body is column-cone. The inner diameter of the barrel body end is 553mm, the inner diameter of the lower end is 516mm, and the barrel height is 940~990mm. The actual capacity is 200 to 225 liters. The top cover of the bucket is fully open and closed with a lever type hoop sealer. Through a set of programmable controllers designed by ourselves to control the automatic welding system, and then through a series of mechanical devices to achieve full automation. After the modification, the welding edge size was reduced from the original 12mm to 4mm, the welding speed was doubled, the welding current was reduced from the original 400A to 270A or less, and the welding seam strength and welding quality were greatly improved, and the tapered bucket could be satisfied. Third, the latest coating technology inside and outside the steel barrel is a strong guarantee for the appearance quality of the steel barrel
The production of 200-liter cone-shaped barrels requires simultaneous internal and external spraying and drying, which is also an unprecedented cutting-edge technology in the domestic industry. In order to solve this problem, we jointly studied with Beijing Aerospace Xinyuan Painting Equipment Research Institute and adopted a three-position painting system to solve the problem of both internal and external spraying, and to achieve multi-color coating of the external appearance of the barrel. The sprayer adopts imported American Nordson equipment, which effectively guarantees the spraying quality.
The drying technology of the paint film has been greatly improved in this transformation, adopting the most advanced gas drying technology in the country, importing high-quality burning machine, and adding an air-cooling system after drying to make the steel barrel after painting. The film has been cured most thoroughly, ensuring the quality of the coating. The coating production line is currently the most advanced first-class equipment in China.
