5. The adjustment range of the secondary pressure is determined by the flow rate of the pressure regulating spring and valve used;
6. The minimum adjustment pressure should ensure that the difference between the primary and secondary pressures is 0.3-lMPa.
7. It should be noted that the pressure relief valve has more oil discharge than other control valves. There is always oil flowing out of the pilot valve (sometimes up to 1L/min or more), which affects the choice of hydraulic pump capacity;
8. When adjusting pressure, pay attention to adjust the pressure regulating mechanism in the correct direction of rotation. When the pressure is adjusted, the lock nut should be fixed;
9. If the multi-stage decompression control of the system is required through the remote control port of the pilot-operated pressure reducing valve, the screw plug of the remote control port should be unscrewed and connected to the control oil circuit. Otherwise, the remote control port should be tightly sealed;
10. The oil return port of the unloading relief valve should be directly connected to the fuel tank to reduce back pressure.
11. When the pressure reducing valve has failures such as pressure regulation failure or large noise, the following methods can be used for diagnosis and elimination. The components of the valve that has been removed and washed should be correctly installed, and attention should be paid to prevent secondary pollution.

Discharge method:
1. Check the drain line, drain port, pilot valve, main valve core, check valve, etc. and repair;
2. Check the mechanical interference of the discharge actuator;
3, dismantling and renewing.
