General technical requirements

2. Safety performance

(3) Pressure resistance and impact resistance requirements of the inner package head: The test method is the same as that of the toe cap test method. After the test, the deformation spacing of the inner package head should meet the corresponding requirements.

(4) Anti-corrosion requirements for the inner head: Due to the perspiration and moisture of the foot, the inner head can be corroded, which affects the quality of the shoes. Therefore, the inner header should have corrosion resistance. The requirement is to immerse one end of two white filter papers (100m wide and 150mm long) in a 1% NaCl solution and the other end is placed above and below the inner package head. After 48 hours, the filter paper was removed, and the area of ​​each spot was measured by checking the traces of corrosion caused by the NaCl solution. Corrosion spots must not exceed 5 points, and each spot must not exceed 2.5 mm2.
