The terminology of the operation of the three-phase asynchronous motor winding embedding wire, learn it without understanding it!


Wire embedding is a very important part of the three-phase asynchronous motor winding rewinding process, and it is also a meticulous work. In order to facilitate the description of the wire embedding process, Dalan Motor manufacturers first introduce some special terms for wire embedding operations.

1. Lead wire of coil (group)

Each coil (group) has two lead wires, called head and tail. When inserting wires, the lead wire of the coil (group) must be led out from the outlet hole of the stator. Usually, the side of the outlet hole should be placed on the right side of the operator.

2. The upper and lower edges

The two effective sides of a coil in the double-layer winding, the effective side embedded first is in the lower layer of the slot, called the lower layer side or the bottom side; the other side is called the upper layer side.

3. Floating and sinking

The single-layer winding has no hierarchy in the slot, but the effective edge end embedded first is overlaid by the effective edge end embedded later, so the effective edge embedded first is called sinking edge, and the edge embedded later appears on the surface , It is called floating edge.

Four, overlap method

The overlap method means that in embedding, one of the effective sides of a coil is embedded first, while the other effective side cannot be embedded temporarily. When the lower side of the slot (for double-layer windings) or the front slot sinking side (for single-layer windings) ) Only after embedding, can this edge be embedded. The distribution of the winding ends is hierarchical.

Fifth, the embedded method

The whole embedding method means that when embedding the wire, the two effective sides of the coil are embedded in the corresponding two slots in the same batch in succession, and the distribution of the winding ends is obviously "two planes" or "three planes".

6. Hemming

When using the overlapping wire embedding method, one effective side of the motor coil is first embedded in the slot, and the other effective side must wait for the lower side of the slot or the sinking edge of the front slot to be inserted before the wire can be inserted. Before failing to embed, in order to prevent it from rubbing against the iron core, it must be cushioned or lifted, which is called the hemming.

7. Retractable embedded wire

When embedding a coil edge, and then embedding into the lower slot, it adopts the retreat type. That is, when the wire is inserted alone, the stator of the three-phase motor is placed horizontally and parallel to the front of the operator, the coil is turned forward, and the wire insertion process is retreated in the arms of the person.
