Acceptance in decoration

1. Acceptance of water circuit

The owner can check whether all the transformation lines are unobstructed, whether the layout is reasonable, whether the operation is normal, and reconfirm the actual size of the line transformation under the operation of a professional hydraulic or electrician. Only after the line is changed, can the ash inlay workers seal the wall and putty.

2. Acceptance of carpentry size

After the carpentry foundation has been completed, ceilings and plaster lines in the room should also be completed. Wall tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are also well-attached, while the painted wall should be scraped twice. Acceptance work at this stage is very important, the owner should carefully check the drawings, confirm the size of the various parts, if found inconsistent place, promptly prompt the construction team to modify.

3. Acceptance of woodwork quality

When all the veneer panels of wood products are well-attached and the wooden thread is nailed, the owner can accept the woodwork quality. This time is basically half of the time, the inspection of this stage should focus on the color and texture of wood products and large areas of flatness and gaps are uniform.

Acceptance after completion

After the completion of wood products, the painter can start the primer treatment work, and all the floor tiles should also be posted within this phase. This is the fifth phase of the phased acceptance. The content of acceptance at this stage is the most comprehensive and thorough.

The owner accepted the project and the standard was the decoration contract, the construction drawing signed by the owner, and the relevant documents of the relevant state department on the quality inspection of the decoration project. The acceptance was mainly from the following aspects:

Power lines: The circuit shall be laid in accordance with construction regulations and safety standards. The socket shall not be less than 30 cm from the ground. The three-wire socket shall be grounded. The kitchen and air-conditioning lines shall be laid in dedicated lines. The main gate shall be equipped with a leakage prevention switch and the lamps shall be firmly installed.

Doors and Windows: The switch is easy, and the door frame, window frame and glass are well sealed.

Ground: The floor tiles are flat, clear in texture, uniform in color, horizontal and vertical in the cross line, the floor is paved with smoothness, the joints are straight, and the paint has uniform color and no scratches.

Wall: The wallpaper has firm paste, tight joints, complete pattern, consistent pattern, clean edges and no burrs, and the coating is even and smooth, without any bumps, no color, and no dust.

Water supply and drainage facilities: The water supply pipe has no leakage, the on-off valve operates well, and the drainage is smooth without leakage or water accumulation.

Paint: smooth paint, good feel, enough oil, no nails, scratches, burrs and color.

The acceptance stage is not absolute in the actual construction. Different families have different requirements for the decoration content, and the construction progress will naturally have corresponding adjustments. The owner can flexibly grasp the progress of the project.

Special acceptance "hidden project"

During the construction process sequence, the work of the previous process has been completed and will be overshadowed by the next one. The part that cannot be inspected is called the “hidden project”. At present, a large part of the quality problems in home decoration is caused by the improper construction of “hidden projects”.

1, due to the collapse of the roof as a whole or in part, so that the ceiling becomes "falling." This is mainly due to the ceiling and floor, and the keel and veneer combination is not good, or caused by excessive load. According to the regulations, the ceiling keel shall not be twisted or deformed. The installed keel shall be firm and reliable. The horizontal deviation shall not exceed 5 mm. A chandelier or ceiling fan weighing more than 3 kilograms cannot be hung on the ceiling keel. Instead, a hook should be provided. If the ceiling uses gypsum board as veneer, its thickness should be about 9 mm.

2, the balcony package is not fixed due to slump. Due to the current housing design, there is no “settling point” for the packaging material on the balcony, which makes it difficult for the balcony to be packaged. Therefore, when the balcony is packaged, the doors and windows must be horizontally and vertically aligned with the same height and appearance without distortion, open welding, and fracture. The gap between the frame and the wall should be full and dense.

3, pipe leakage caused damage to the roof. The upper and lower water pipes in kitchens and bathrooms are prone to problems. Because the installation of pipes is not easy to check, after all the pipes are completed, they must be checked for water injection and pressure, and no run, run, drip, or leak will be considered.

4, buried lines do not pass. At present, many residential buildings use buried lines, so it is not easy for owners to inspect construction quality. According to regulations, buried lines cannot be buried directly in the plastering layer but must be sheathed outside the wires. Wires in the bushing must not be twisted or jointed.
