Before interviewing Mr. Feng Yuan, general manager of Longren Technologies, I was ashamed to consult him repeatedly about what the company’s products were. Special one: "Our products do not require certification"

This is a place where most industries will be envious. Such a special phenomenon is determined by the short “lifespan” of the tool. “It's not like mobile phones, clothes, and so on. It may take a long time to see how good or bad it is.”

Mr. Feng Yuan said that this product is not practical for such a certification. “Our products are industrial consumables, and quality is good and bad can be immediately effective. Special 2: "The quality of the tool depends on the stability."

Does the customer simply think that a long service life is a good knife? Mr. Feng Yuan told me that the answer is no. Because the tool is industrial "fast consumer goods."

Also take a sports example. A player who can play a good game in a game is not necessarily a good player. Those who can truly grow into top stars are those who have been relatively stable throughout the season, or throughout their careers.

The same is true for the tool. Mr. Feng Yuan said: "If you say that one of your batches of tools, some of the service life is 20 minutes, some are 50 minutes, some are 10 minutes. That is not qualified, and there is no pricing. Compared with this shipment, What the customer may prefer is all the tools that can cut 20 minutes. According to reports, the tool industry is generally based on a stable service life.

Special three: "We do not accept the big list"

According to Mr. Feng Yuan, not accepting the big list belongs to the "hidden rules" of this industry. The reason is that high professionalism in the industry can easily cause product backlogs.

"We all know that we don't accept large orders and customers won't make big orders," explains Mr. Feng Yuan. "Everybody knows well. A batch of goods can last for a long time. For other products, a discount can be sold for a promotion. Once the product has a problem, it will definitely cause a backlog."

In simple terms, if you take over a big list and the customer suddenly makes an appointment, then this batch of goods will have to be in the hands of suppliers. Whether there will be people will only look at luck; if this list, the customer does not agree, but If the volume is too large and causes slow-moving sales, it will also cause difficulties for the suppliers because they will spend too much time on one customer and lose the entire forest.
