Smart turbine flow meter installation

The installation method of intelligent turbine flowmeter, which is a main type of impeller flowmeter, consists of sensors and conversion display instruments. It is widely used to measure the liquid in closed pipes, but the liquid must not corrode with stainless steel or cemented carbide. There are no fibers and particles in the medium. Here are some notes on the installation of turbine flowmeters.
The installation method of the intelligent turbine flowmeter is installed in three ways: flange connection, screw connection, and clamping. The direction of liquid flow during installation shall be consistent with the direction of the arrow indicating the flow direction on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section shall be greater than or equal to 20 times the pipe diameter, and the downstream straight pipe section shall be greater than or equal to 5 times the pipe diameter.
The sensor of the instrument should be kept away from the external magnetic field. If it cannot be avoided, the necessary measures should be taken. In order not to influence the normal delivery of liquids during inspection, bypass pipes should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor. When the sensor is installed in the open air, it must be waterproofed. Wiring of sensors and display instruments should be based on the power of the amplifier to select the wiring.
The liquid turbine flow sensor can be installed horizontally and vertically, and the fluid must be up when it is down. The liquid should be filled with pipes and there should be no bubbles. When installed, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the sensor housing indicating the direction of flow. The inner wall of the straight pipe section should be smooth and clean, with no dents, fouling, and peeling defects.
Intelligent turbine flowmeter installation method As an ideal instrument for flow measurement, turbine flowmeters have been widely used in the industry. The correct installation method is a prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the instrument, and it is convenient for future maintenance and repair. The life of the meter is longer.

Toilet Tank

A toilet tank, also known as a hidden cistern, is a modern plumbing fixture used in bathrooms and toilets. It is designed to hide the flushing mechanism behind a wall or inside a piece of furniture, providing a sleek and minimalist look to the bathroom space.

The main purpose of a concealed flush tank is to save space and create a clean aesthetic by concealing the unsightly plumbing components typically associated with traditional exposed cisterns. By integrating the flush tank within the wall or furniture, only the flush buttons or plates are visible to the user.

Concealed cisterns come in various designs and sizes to accommodate different installation requirements. They are usually made of durable materials such as ABS plastic or stainless steel to ensure longevity and resistance to water damage. The tanks are equipped with a water inlet valve, a flushing mechanism, and an outlet pipe connected to the toilet bowl.

In addition to the aesthetic benefits, installation systems also offer practical advantages. They are typically equipped with dual-flush mechanisms, allowing users to choose between a full flush for solid waste and a partial flush for liquid waste. This dual-flush feature helps in conserving water by reducing the amount used for each flush, contributing to water efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Installation of a concealed cistern requires professional plumbing expertise, as it involves cutting into the wall and connecting the tank to the toilet bowl. However, once properly installed, the maintenance and upkeep of a concealed toilet tank are relatively straightforward.
