For the first time, researchers used the template-assisted spin coating method to prepare two-dimensional perovskite photonic crystal thin films with inverse opal structure of different nano-scale, perovskite types, and synthesis methods. Such films exhibit a rich color and a range of special properties that are different from those of intrinsic perovskite materials, such as band offsets. At the same time, the structures and optoelectronics of two-dimensional perovskite photonic crystal films were systematically studied by means of characterization of synchronous radiation surface grazing incidence x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, and reflection spectroscopy. performance. On this basis, the researchers further applied two-dimensional photonic crystal thin films as light-absorbing materials to perovskite solar cells, and successfully produced highly efficient and colorful color solar cell devices.
