Shandong Institute of Semiconductors

The Shandong Semiconductor Research Institute was established in 1958. It is a national sophomore enterprise and is a national second-level measurement unit and a secondary routine test station in Shandong Province. The product has filled the national blanks for many times and won the provincial, ministerial and scientific and technological achievements awards. It has been applied to the “Dongsan”, “East Five”, nuclear submarines, launch vehicles, “pointing soldiers”, “resources” scientific exploration satellites and other national defense key projects. It is also one of the earliest manufacturers in China to develop and produce semiconductor material devices and industrial gases. In 1990, in cooperation with the Design Institute of the Southwest Chemical Research Institute, the development of specialty gases was accelerated by leveraging the advantages of both technologies and equipment. After more than ten years, through continuous development and improvement, we have become a strong technical force, perfect quality assurance system, complete testing and analysis equipment, capable of producing all kinds of common industrial gases, high purity gases, standard gases, mixed gases, medical oxygen. Waiting for five series, nearly one hundred varieties, the annual production capacity of up to one million bottles of special gas production base.

At present, 31 gas reference materials have been obtained by the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for the production of measuring instruments. The standard gas and mixed gas produced by the company adopt the internationally advanced gravimetric method, partial pressure method and static volume method, and are equipped with domestic advanced level cesium ionization detector gas chromatograph and advanced various gas phase chromatographs. The detection and analysis methods are perfect, the quality is reliable, and the variety is complete. It can be prepared according to the different needs of users. It can provide standard gas and mixed gas for 4L, 6L, 8L, 40L and other aluminum alloy and carbon steel bottles. It can also be used for gas analysis. Attentive service is provided in terms of application technology.

The internal control indexes of high purity nitrogen, high purity argon, high purity oxygen and high purity hydrogen produced by our company are all higher than the national standards. The quality of the products has been recognized by the national authorities, and the purity of high purity oxygen produced is 99.999. %, high purity hydrogen purity of 99.9999%. In 2000, it was named by the National Chemical Standards Substance Committee as the only “National Chemical Standard Material Distribution Unit” in Shandong Province. In November 2003, the special gas products produced by the company passed the inspection and evaluation of the Quality Assurance Center of the Quality Assurance Center and passed successfully. Certification review became the first company in the gas industry in Shandong Province to pass the ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification. In recent years, the use of Uranus produced by U.S. ultrapure water equipment to drink pure water, quality inspection by quality and technical supervision departments, health and epidemic prevention, product quality pass rate of 100%, welcomed by users.
