Measurement methods
1, connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe;
Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the micro-meter;
Connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet.
Finally, connect the switch connector with the SF6 electrical device measurement interface and tighten with a wrench;
2, check the power
The instrument recommends the use of alternating current.
When using DC power, please check the battery level shown in the upper right corner. If the power level is lower than 20%, please turn off the charger and continue using it.
3, start measuring
First of all, open the needle valve on the instrument measuring pipe, then use the flow valve on the panel to adjust the flow, adjust the flow to about 0.5L/M, and start measuring the SF6 dew point.
The first measurement takes 5 to 10 minutes, after which each device takes 3 to 5 minutes.
4, store data
After the device measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument and press the “OK†key to call up the operation menu. The specific operation methods are described in the next section.
5, measuring other equipment
After measuring a device, close the needle valve on the measuring tube and the regulating valve on the micrometer. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other devices, follow the above steps to continue measuring the next device.
6, the end of the measurement
After the measurement of all devices is completed, turn off the power of the micro-meter.
Precautions
1, the instrument should be placed in a safe place to prevent breakage. Avoid violent shaking. 2. Do not measure corrosive gases.
3. When adjusting the gas flow, the flow valve should be opened slowly so that the flow rate is indicated at about 0.5 liters/minute.
4, the instrument should be charged before use. When charging, simply plug the power cord into a 220V outlet. No need to turn on the power switch. The instrument will automatically charge. The charging time generally takes more than 20 hours.
