8 Inspection rules 8.1 Inspection classification The inspection classifications are identification inspection and quality consistency inspection.
The identification test is a series of completed tests using several test samples of this model. It should be carried out when the main design, process, materials and parts are replaced, or the production is resumed after the shutdown.
The quality consistency inspection consists of four inspection groups:
Group A inspection (batch by batch): when the product is delivered, it will be fully inspected.
Group B inspection (batch by batch): when the products are delivered, sampling inspection.
Group C inspection (period): Conducted once every six months.
Group D inspection (period): annually.
8.2 Test items The test items of various inspections, the corresponding test methods and technical requirements, and the classification of non-conformities shall be as specified in Table 3.
8.3 Sampling rules 8.3.1 The mechanical anti-theft locks are only approved for Group B tests. Except for destructive tests, products should be tested in Group A one by one before leaving the factory. Products that are not qualified should not be shipped.
8.3.2 When conducting group C and group D inspections, 10 whole locks and 100 locks are extracted from the batch of products.
8.3.3 The number of samples of mechanical anti-theft lock and group B test shall be as specified in Table 4.
8.4 Judgment rules 8.4.1 In the identification test, if there is a category A disqualification, it will be judged as unqualified. If there is a category B and a category C or two category C disqualifications, it will be judged as unqualified.
8.4.2 In Group B inspection, the acceptable quality level (AQL) of Class B and Class C non-conforming products is 1.5.
8.4.3 When a Class A non-conforming product is found, measures shall be taken within the corresponding range immediately to eliminate the factor of the Class A non-conforming product and then submitted for inspection. When there is a Class A failure, the product shall not be shipped from the factory.
8.4.4 Before the inspection of Group B, the inspection of Group A should be re-examined. Before the inspection of Group C, the inspection of Group A and Group B should be re-examined and the unqualified products should be replaced.


9 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
a. Mark relevant codes and marks according to the provisions of 4.2.
b. The name of the manufacturer, relevant codes and barcodes prescribed by the state.
9.2 Packaging 9.2.1 Mechanical anti-theft lock products should be packaged in small packages separately. The packaging box should ensure that the product is not scratched or damaged during normal transportation and storage, and the packaging box is not broken.
9.2.2 The shipping box shall be accompanied by the factory inspection certificate and product installation and operation instructions.
9.3 Transport and storage 9.3.1 The packaged products should meet the transport packaging requirements of automobiles, trains, ships and airplanes.
9.3.2 The warehouse where the products are stored must have rain-proof measures.
