He said that Russia and China are currently actively implementing trans-Heilongjiang transmission line projects. Hishkin emphasized that with the gradual deepening of Russia-China power cooperation, Russia also plans to build power plants in the border areas of the two countries to reduce power transmission losses and reduce transportation costs.
