Qinghai International Stone Comprehensive Industrial Park officially started construction

Under the great attention of the Datong County Party Committee, the county government and relevant departments, the Qinghai International Stone Comprehensive Industrial Park, which was the key investment attraction project in 2014 after processing, manufacturing, wholesale and sales, officially started construction on May 6.

The project covers an area of ​​208 mu, with a total construction area of ​​108,000 square meters. The total planned investment is 288 million yuan, of which 200 million yuan will be completed in 2014. It is expected to be completed by the end of September. After the completion of the industrial park, 350 stone enterprises will be settled, and 8,000 people will be directly and indirectly employed. It will become a specialized, modernized and large-scale professional stone market with Qinghai as the core and radiating the northwest. It will solve the problems of “small, chaotic, scattered and weak” in the stone market of our county, and narrow the gap between the provincial stone market and the developed regions. To accelerate the comprehensive utilization of resources, optimize regional industrial structures, extend the building materials industry chain, ease local employment pressure, and promote local economic development play an important role.
