The measuring tube is made of a material that is non-magnetic, low in electrical conductivity, low in thermal conductivity, and has a certain mechanical strength. Generally, stainless steel, glass reinforced plastic, aluminum, and other high-strength materials are available.
(4) Lining. Increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the measuring tube to prevent the induced potential from being short-circuited by the metal measuring tube wall. There is a layer of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant insulation on the inner wall of the measuring tube.
(5) Electrode. The correct inductive potential signal is made of stainless steel non-magnetic material and needs to be flush with the lining during installation.
