Through this paper, we are familiar with the influence of non-metallic inclusions on the properties of steel; familiar with the classification and morphological characteristics of non-metallic inclusions.
1. Classification of non-metallic inclusions
1. According to the source of inclusions: internal inclusions, external inclusions;
2. Classified by chemical classification: oxides, sulfides, silicates and nitrides and their composite products;
3. Classification according to plasticity: plastic inclusions, brittle inclusions, semi-plastic inclusions, spherical or point-shaped non-deformed inclusions;
4. According to GB/T10561-2005 standard map, class A (sulphide), class B (alumina), class C (silicate), class D (spherical oxide), DS class (single particle spheroid) .Typical inclusion type--sulfide (class A) inclusions
