At this time, the sick pig is depressed, his appetite is diminished, his body temperature is high, his hair is loose, he is afraid of cold and lethargy, itching and grinding the wall, accompanied by diarrhea. Third, laboratory diagnosis.
Scrap the molting of the lesion or the coat with the exudate, place it on the slide and add a drop of saline or methylene blue stain, cover the cover slip, and let it stand for transparent softening of the diseased material. Observe under the microscope. It can be seen that the buds on the mycelium produce round spores. According to the microscopic examination results of the disease, it was diagnosed as a fungal infection of pig skin (ie, pig skin mildew).
Fourth, treatment.
I have used antibiotics and other drugs for systemic treatment, and have not received satisfactory results. I have used complex sulfone and other solutions to treat the lesions. Although there is a certain effect, the pigs are slightly uneasy after the medication, and the severe symptoms will be called squatting, turning down and other side effects. Results The systemic effect of 0.2%-0.3% potassium permanganate solution was the best, and there was no side effect. After 2-3 times of spraying, it was cured and did not recur. For those pigs with secondary diarrhea, accompanied by sulfaguanidine or lactic acid, dry yeast and other drugs, have a good effect on diarrhea.
Fifth, prevention.
1. Strengthen the management of feeding and sanitation, and try to keep the environment clean and dry.
2, because the mold grows in the range of pH 3-6, so maintaining the alkaline environment is conducive to the prevention of this disease.
