1. Since the electric hoist is mostly installed on the U-shaped track, we have placed the steel cable in the middle of the rail and the upper part of the I-beam in view of this feature of the electric hoist. In this way, the contact area and the degree of friction between the slide wire and the groove can be reduced, thereby reducing the failure of the slide wire and the slide wire. The steel cable is best to use vertebral 10mm wire rope or round steel, and the ends are fastened with basket bolts.

In the second step, the slide ring can be set to be interlocked with the two rings, so that there is a certain margin and the steel wire can be prevented from scratching, thereby greatly reducing the failure. In addition, the steering ring has two rings and is connected by bolts and can be freely rotated.
3. The third step is to put one end of a steering ring on the cable, leaving the motor lead and fixing the rubber sleeve to the lower end of the steering ring. Then, one end of a plurality of sliding rings is threaded onto the steel cable, and the rubber sleeve is fixed to the lower end of the sliding ring. The front end is connected to the motor and can rotate freely. The back end is connected to the power supply. Under the traction of the motor, with the steering ring as the center, the traction cable is moved linearly or circularly.
4. The above method can also be used if it is a straight track.
