At present, most floor heating companies use plastic staples to fix the floor heating pipes. The plastic card nails are divided into a pair of inverted teeth, two pairs of inverted teeth, three pairs of inverted teeth and steel nails; two pairs of inverted plastic nails The use advantage is the most obvious, the mechanical design of the inverted teeth is the most reasonable, and the upside down force is the strongest. Therefore, the professional floor heating construction units at home and abroad use a large number of plastic staples with two pairs of inverted teeth. The plastic clips of one pair and three pairs of inverted teeth are basically eliminated by the construction unit because the pull-out resistance and pulling force are too small.
The staples used for steel nails are mainly used in the floor heating project of foamed cement as the insulation layer. The foamed cement insulation layer can effectively prevent the ground crack caused by the settlement of the insulation layer, and is widely used in the construction of floor heating.
Identifying the quality of plastic staples mainly depends on the hardness of the plastic staples (the tip of the staples can be smoothly inserted into the aluminum foil and polystyrene board), and the toughness (the two pairs of inverted teeth are quickly opened after being stuck in the insulation layer to hit the maximum tension) ), low temperature resistance (construction under special circumstances, transportation will not cause loss) and the mechanical angle of the inverted teeth is reasonable, the reverse teeth are too short (no change after entering the polystyrene board); too hard (stayed on the insulation layer) If the distance between the two pits or the inverted teeth is too large (the inverted teeth are reversed when the force is applied), the insulation layer cannot be hanged, which increases the amount of staples used, thereby reducing the construction efficiency and increasing the cost.
Plastic staples are divided into manual and mechanical. Manual use refers to the construction personnel directly inserting the staples into the insulation layer by hand. The staples of this type mainly consider the comfort of the construction personnel to improve the construction efficiency; Mechanical use mainly refers to the construction of a staple gun, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the construction workers, and the skilled nail gunner can almost reach the running speed when carrying out construction. The staple gun has the strictest requirements for plastic staples, and the size is exactly the same. There can be no defective products, because the quality of each plastic staple will affect the use of the staple gun.
There are also a few construction units that believe that using Wire Mesh and nylon cable ties to directly fix the floor heating pipe can improve the ground bearing capacity, which is unscientific. First of all, the diameter of the steel mesh used for floor heating construction is generally about 2mm, which is far from the strength of the steel with a diameter of more than 6mm used in civil construction, and the lower part of the steel mesh is closely attached to the aluminum foil paper (or polystyrene board) and poured into it. The concrete and the steel mesh in the semi-bonded state cannot improve the ground bearing capacity. If a low-density polystyrene board is used for the steel mesh, it is difficult to fix the pipe by using a plastic staple to fix the polystyrene board with a bulk density of less than 20kg/3m, which will leave a hidden danger of ground cracking. In addition, since the thermal expansion coefficient of the plastic pipe and the steel mesh is not the same, when the temperature changes drastically, the extrusion of the steel mesh and the floor heating pipe will directly damage the pipe. Therefore, in order to enhance the ground bearing capacity and prevent cracks on the ground, the wire mesh should be laid on the fixed pipe, which is a reasonable construction method.
