3. If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add N33# hydraulic oil, which has been fully filtered, to the pump before it can work.

5. The center of gravity should be moderate, and the jacking point of the jack should be reasonably selected. The bottom should be flattened. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions on the ground should be taken into account. Whether to put tough wood or not, and whether it is placed in a stable manner, avoid falling or tilting.
6. After the jack has lifted the heavy object, the heavy object shall be firmly supported with the support in time, and the jack shall not be used as a support. If you need to support heavy loads for a long time, please use CLL self-locking jacks.
7. If several jacks need to be lifted at the same time, in addition to the correct placement of the jacks, multiple top diverter valves should be used, and the load of each jack should be balanced, taking care to keep the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to take into account the possibility of sagging due to the uneven weight of the ground and to prevent the risk of tilting the lifter.
8. When using, firstly connect the quick joint of the hand pump to the top, then select the position, and screw the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. To lower the piston rod, loosen the hand pump manually counter-clockwise and the cylinder is unloaded and the piston rod is gradually lowered. Otherwise it will be dangerous to drop too fast.

Precautions:
The thin jack is a separate hydraulic jack, so pay attention to the use of the hydraulic system.
1. If there is a phenomenon of idle during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, turn the pump body vertically up and down a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw and continue to use it.
2. When using, it is not allowed to add partial load or overload to avoid danger of jack damage. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
3. The machine uses oil as the medium. The maintenance of the oil and the machine must be done to avoid blocking or oil leakage and affect the use effect.
4. New or long-term hydraulic jacks, because there is more air in the cylinder, the piston rod may appear tiny jump phenomenon when it is used, and the hydraulic jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times to eliminate The air in the cavity. Long idle jacks, due to the seal does not work for a long time caused by the hardening of the seal, thereby affecting the service life of the hydraulic jack, so when the hydraulic jack is not in use, the monthly hydraulic jack reciprocating 2-3 times .
5. The high-pressure fuel pipe passes the 105Mpa (1050Kgf/cm2) test when it leaves the factory. However, because hoses are prone to ageing, users need to check them frequently, usually for six months, and frequent users for three months. When testing, use 87.5Mpa (875Kgf/cm2) pressure test. If there are explosions, projections, leakage, etc., it cannot be used.
