If the ball base anchor bolt is cast once, it is necessary to ensure high precision in positioning and leveling, and the civil construction is too difficult; even if the bolt precision is satisfied, the anchor bolt head exposed on the foundation surface will hinder the pillar. The displacement makes the necessary adjustment difficult to achieve, and in addition to causing great inconvenience and inflexibility to the construction, it will also cause additional assembly stress.
The reserved hole, that is, the secondary casting structure, solves this problem very well, and can realize the necessary adjustment of the pillar position during the installation process to ensure the installation quality of the spherical tank. At the same time, after the struts are leveled with the horn, the gap between the pillar bottom and the base matte must also be filled with a secondary casting. Therefore, in general, the method of secondary casting is used in the case of large heat treatment spherical tank foundations in particular.
The secondary casting is usually carried out after the post-weld heat treatment and before the hydrostatic test. Although loosening the anchor bolts to match the nut, the displacement of the heating and cooling process pillars with the thermal expansion and contraction of the casing may cause the sliding of the bottom plate, but considering the tendency of the sphere during the hydrostatic test, the bottom plate is long. For the first time, two anchor rods are installed in the reserved holes of each anchor bolt, and a movable cross is arranged below. The rod and the anchor bolt hook the anchor hook structure of the crossbar. The structural anchor bolts can be adjusted in both the lateral and longitudinal directions. This adjustment is omnidirectional in this area and is placed at a predetermined position with great accuracy. At the same time, the accuracy requirements of civil construction are relaxed, and the adaptability is extremely strong.
This technology has been relocated two 1500m3 liquid ammonia spherical tanks in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's ammonia warehouse and 14 sets of 4000m3 carbon five large spherical tanks of ethylene, propylene, carbon four and Lanzhou Petrochemical Company in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's large ethylene spherical tank area.
