This indicates that Changqing Drilling has made new breakthroughs in the construction of horizontal wells in gas wells.
Due to the influence of factors such as bit selection, drilling method and selection of drilling fluid system, PDC drill bit has the phenomenon of bit mud pack and non-sliding drilling in the application of inclined shaft section of natural gas horizontal well, which has become the technical bottleneck for the speed increase of natural gas horizontal wells. . In response to this problem, the company developed a technical research plan at the beginning of this year, starting with the preferred drilling fluid system, using a composite salt drilling fluid system, and successfully drilling through the Jingping 33-13 well and Jingping 01-11 wells. The stone box group entered the Shanxi group and completely solved the PDC bit mud bag problem during sliding drilling. The drilling speed of the inclined well section reached 5.13 m / h, an increase of 1.16 m / h.
