Aluminium Skirting Board

The aluminum alloy skirting line is an all aluminum L-profile product. The profile has a height of 6cm, 8cm and 10cm, and each length is 3M. Aluminum alloy skirting line is equipped with special internal and external corner accessories and fasteners.

2. Then saw a section of 15 cm long aluminum alloy skirting line, clamp the buckle on the groove on the back, lean against the wall and mark the hole of the buckle.

Before drilling, observe the wiring direction of water and electricity to prevent errors. The interval between boreholes shall not be too large, and it is generally about 40cm.

Drill holes in the wall with special tools, and then nail them into the newly drilled holes with plastic. Fix the buckle on the wall with screws. 3. The convex corner of the wall is called the external corner, and the concave corner is called the internal corner. The installation of internal and external corners is to draw the fixed point position on the wall with internal and external corners, then take holes and nail plastic, and then fix the internal and external corners on the wall corner with screws.

Note: since the pipes of hydropower projects are buried on the wall, the position of the pipe is directly below the switch socket. The position shall be calculated during drilling to avoid damage.

4. Finally, measure the size distance of each section with a tape measure, cut the corresponding size with a cutting machine and clamp it on the corresponding buckle. The length of each aluminum alloy skirting line is 3M. When exceeding the length of the skirting line, a fastener shall be installed in the middle of the interface to ensure the flatness of the skirting line.
